Some lady totally didn't listen to me and jacked up my whole hair. I'm from Huntington beach and I kept my hair really curly and long on the top, and short on the bottom. I told the lady to do a short trim on the top, and shaved on the bottom. She totally didn't listen to me and literally gave me an army flat top, I got home and shaved it all off. 1 star because I can't give it zero. Don't go here, I'm unsatisfied every time! :(

The haircut that Joanna did was great. Tried the MVP upgrade and loved the hot towel. She also showed me the new Gibbs stuff for my beard. Great stuff.
